🍫 High-Protein Chocolate Yogurt Bowl
A simple, high-protein bowl that feels more like dessert than breakfast.
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
½ cup frozen berries
1–2 squares dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for the shell)
Optional toppings: granola, nuts, cacao nibs, nut butter
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the yogurt and protein powder until smooth and thick.
Add frozen berries on top.
Melt the dark chocolate (with coconut oil if using).
Pour the melted chocolate over the bowl — it will harden into a shell.
Add any extra toppings and let it sit for a minute before cracking into it.
