Let me offer a slightly uncomfortable idea:

You might not be tired.

You might just be under-fueled.

The second (or third) coffee.

We tend to label it as stress, burnout, or “just one of those days.”

But for a lot of people—especially those trying to eat “healthy”—it’s something much simpler:
