What’s the biggest mistake people make when it comes to supplementation?
They don’t address their genetic and lifestyle needs.
(Example - your diet should reflect your genetic requirements, all diets have limitations, so picking the supplements around the limits of your diet - Ie vegetarians - focus on proteins, B12, essential fatty acids, etc, Carnivores or Keto - focus getting sufficient fiber and digestive optimization, If you drink Caffeine making sure you increase magnesium, if you are an athlete or hot climate making sure you get electrolytes daily,
What’s one underrated habit that has had the biggest impact on your health over the years?
Meditation - meditation reduces inflammation, heart rate, improves mood, attitude and allows one to realize happiness and health is an inside job, through meditation one begins to become aware of the noise of one’s thoughts and activities and allows direct reflection on one’s actions habits and behaviours that need to be weeded out like a garden.
